They may have had some trouble getting here due to visa problems and the deluge of rain, but thank God they made it!
Rodrigo Y Gabriela, the fiery dueling guitarist from Mexico, put on one of the most explosive sets I've ever seen. They may have stayed in their chairs for most of it, but the energy still poured off the stage.
Beside their own tunes, they also coverd "Wish You Were Here" and "Stairway to Heaven". Floyd and Zep would be proud!!
They were joined at the end of their set by Alex Skolnick. Yes, it makes since - R Y G started out playing in Mexican metal bands.
